On 12 March 2025, the Guidance and Counselling Section and the Student Association co-organized a lunchtime activity called “GoodNight”. The service was provided by Hong Kong Christian Service. As 14 March 2025 is World Sleep Day of this year, we aimed to raise students’ awareness about the importance of sleep.
Students visited the booth and enthusiastically shared their sleepless stories. Each participant received a gift and some encouragement cards. Overall, it was an interactive and fun activity.
By joining the activity, students have learned about different ways to cope with sleeplessness so that their sleeping quality can be enhanced. It is important to have good quality sleep to improve everyone’s well-being and resilience.
