Chinese Cooking Class

On June 24, 2026, the Home Economics Club organised a Chinese Cooking Class at Star Chef Management School. Participants learned to prepare two delicious dishes: Crispy Banana Chicken (脆皮香蕉雞) and Singapore Fried Rice Vermicelli (星州炒米). Each student brought home their own creations to share with their family, fostering both culinary skills and an appreciation of Chinese cuisine.
