We are proud to announce that Dr. Felix C. Yip, M.D., a distinguished graduate of Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College in 1973, has been elected as the President of the Medical Board of California, effective from 1st June, 2026.
This remarkable achievement reflects Dr. Yip’s dedication and longstanding commitment to the medical profession. The Medical Board of California oversees the licensing and enforcement of more than 160,000 physicians and surgeons, playing a vital role in safeguarding public health. As the first Asian president in over 20 years, Dr. Yip’s appointment marks a significant milestone.
