On 30 June, the Committee Members of the Voluntary Services Group and 28 volunteers from the junior and senior forms participated in the CSK VSG & CSK Primary School Exchange Programme (II) School Tour. We had a great time introducing the CSK campus and special rooms—such as the Spacelab, Computer Lab, Physics Lab, Biology Lab, Chemistry Lab, Music Room, Visual Art Room, Chinese Herbal Garden (for Chinese medicine resources), Lecture Room, Chapel, and more—to our Primary 5 younger brothers.
We asked them for their prayer requests and prayed with them in our School Chapel. We also watched a video about our first Hong Kong astronaut, Ms. Lai Ka Ying. The astronaut’s space suit in the Spacelab was definitely worth seeing. We even played extraordinary musical instruments, such as the Ethereal Drum, in the Music Room, and enjoyed fun online English games in the Computer Lab.
At the closing ceremony of the exchange programme, we cooperated and kicked the huge CSK football together. We hoped that we had helped prepare our primary school brothers for their secondary school life in the future.
