The Voluntary Services Group paid a visit to “Trapped Experience Centre” in Tai Kok Tsui on 25 May, 2024.
In the activity, students could feel and experience the poor living conditions of the grassroots. The exhibition tour guide shared with our students about the family struggles of the homeless and the poor living conditions the homeless are having. There was an interactive session in which the ex-homeless shared with us their experience and stories.

Our students then reflected on the poverty and housing problems in Hong Kong. They have also learnt to cherish everything and be grateful for what they are having now. The overall experience was inspiring and fulfilling.
