We are thrilled to share with you that the talented members of the Home Economics Club have cooked two mouthwatering Chinese dishes: Crispy Prawns with Stir-Fried Grains (避風塘炒蝦) and Salt and Pepper Squid (椒鹽鮮魷). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed both the cooking experience and the delectable dishes. Students generously shared their food with their families, creating a sense of joy and connection. We extend our gratitude to the committee members of the Home Economics Club and the teacher advisors, Ms. CK Cheung and Ms. K Lau, for organizing such a joyful activity.
